**Your Role**

We are currently on the look out for a driven Client Success Manager to drive our customers from the sales funnel to the support phase.

As the Client Success Manager, you will become the point of contact for the prospects and will provide them with timely value propositions as well as support all prospects and ensure each of the processes run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- A B2B focus with the ability to establish clear client retention goals
- Process milestones for the customers and employees to work toward
- Manage client onboarding; assist customers with setting up and navigating platforms or software
- Manage and coach the inbound phone team
- Promote the value of our product
- Upsell services and products with the brand image
- Promote value through customer experience
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
- Review customer feedback and seek to improve the customer experience

**You’ll succeed as our Client Success Manager if you have**
- 3-5+ years in a customer/client success role within fintech, SaaS or start-up environment
- Experience as an Account Manager is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce outstanding results
- Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills with strong empathy towards others
- A propensity for building effective relationships
- Knowledge of crypto or the blockchain industry will be highly regarded
