**Payroll Officer**:

- **Permanent full time opportunity**:

- **Preceda payroll software and Kronos for time in attendance**:

- **Great opportunity for someone with 12-18months + experience in payroll to gain more exposure in a busy fast pace environment and up skill their payroll duties.**

You will be responsible for providing support to the wider payroll team - all stages of payroll cycle (new starters, terminations, employee changes, processing payroll).

My client is currently working on a hybrid model (WFH and Office), offices are based CBD outskirts (close to public transport).

**Salary **= $75,000 **including super.**

**Key duties**:

- Process employee time-sheets and invoices for the fortnightly payroll
- Process initial new employee setup, employee changes and terminations in Preceda
- Process employee master data changes in relation to classifications, personal details and costings
- Reconciliation and payments of monthly super
- Electronic filing and archiving of documents as required
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the business to keep abreast of changes / upcoming events impacting payroll
- Responding to payroll queries, records of services and any other related requests

**Experience required**:

- 12-18 months payroll experience
- Preceda or another ERP platform
- Eye for detail
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Full working rights in Australia
