A professional and loving family in Balwyn, VIC are seeking a friendly and experienced nanny to care for their 3 children (12 yr old girl and 9yr old twin boys).

**The days and normal hours are -5 days per week**

**Monday
- Friday 3.15pm
- 7.15pm**

**Full time hours in the school holidays 8am -7pm**

**Would be great if the nanny can have some flexibility to finish later if needed along with working the occasional evening/weekend when required.**

A nanny who is organised, motivated and positive, engaging, fun to be around but also nurturing and calm and genuinely enjoys children and being active.

A nanny who can structure their day, follow the children’s routines, be proactive and help keep the household running smoothly. You will need to be skilled in multi tasking and keeping up with the busy afternoons.

A nanny who has strong personal values, is trustworthy, reliable/consistent and able to form a special bond with the whole family and stay on a long term basis.

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the children
- Follow the children's routine
- Pick up children from school
- Play and engage with the children
- Take the children to after school activities ie swimming and soccer and entertain throughout the school holidays
- Light household duties - Children’s washing, helping tidy children's rooms, putting out school clothes for the next day, wiping down kitchen benches and family room table after children's meals, loading/unloading dishwasher, vacuuming family room as required if particularly dirty e.g. after children have been eating)
- Keeping main areas clean and tidy
- Help prep/cook nutritious meals for the children
- Homework assistance
- Run errands and grocery shop (Occasionally)

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years nanny/household management or childcare experience
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Have a current Working with Children’s check
- Display strong communication skills and speak English. French would also be a bonus as all 3 children are learning this at school
- Able to prepare and cook healthy nutritious meals and snacks
- Can Swim
- Full Drivers Licence and clean driving record (Own car, mileage tobe reimbursed)
- Non smoker
