**We seek a WHSEQ Traineeship to join our WHSEQ team to is to assist and support Project Teams with the implementation of the WHSEQ functions and support the Safety Certainty 2.0 program**:
Reporting to Executive General Manager-Building and Construction with secondary line reporting to National WHSEQ Manager.

**About the role**:
This will include, but is not limited to:

- Monitor workforce Induction and training compliance
- Assist the Project Team(s) in the development of SWMSs and JSEAs
- Assist in the development and review of Project Risk Assessment Register(s)
- Attend Toolbox meetings regularly and encourage workforce feedback on WHSEQ matters
- Attend daily prestart meetings and provide WHSEQ input applicable to the works
- Maintain WHSEQ related Registers
- Assist the Project Team in the subcontractor onboarding processes
- Assist Project Teams in the effective implementation of the Safety Certainty 2.0 Program on site(s)
- Conduct SIFER Self Assessments and Safe Act Observations on a regular basis
- Report Incidents to Management
- Assist in incident investigations
- Participate in After Action Reviews (Learning Teams) as required
- Ensure new / changed Company WHSEQ processes are communicated to the Project Team(s) and workforce
- Assist in the management of plant onboarding
- On-site inspections
- Various administration duties
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by Management

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will:

- Graduate/Under Graduate/Construction site experience
- Coordination / organisational skills and can-do attitude
- No experience needed, passion to learn and work in Safety required
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment
- On the job training and guidance provided
- Certificate IV training provided
