The Photo Lab Scanner Operator role is one of the most critical when it comes to the film processing team. You will need to have exceptional colour judgement and photo literacy skills with added technical knowledge.

**We are not looking for photographers, we are seeking lab production support.**

- An extreme level of organisational skills, both professionally and personally
- Work well in a fast-paced group setting
- Availability to work weekends with shift hours between 8am to 6pm
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem solver with the ability to process and resolve issues quickly
- Takes personal responsibility seriously
- Dedicated and committed to helping us deliver on producing only the best quality products to our customers.
- Interest in technical processes and variables

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Support the film processing and production team
- Operating multiple film scanning machines
- Cutting, sleeving and packaging film negatives
- Lifting boxes and general cleaning duties

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES**
- Extensive experience in a similar fast paced production environment ie. fast food, picking packing etc
- Experience in repetitive tasks and jobs
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Basic Photoshop and Lightroom skills
- Preferred basic product knowledge of some films and cameras
- Sufficient eyesight for determining colour, density and quality
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
