Fletcher Jones prides itself on offering its customers a complete shopping experience and we are currently searching for a mature, self-motivated Manager for our Ashburton store to lead a team to implement our Fletcher Jones values. Previous experience working in fashion retail will be highly advantageous.

**About the role**
The successful Store Manager should have previous store/team management experience in the retail/sales industry and who can deliver exceptional results with a commitment to quality customer service. They must also have:

- A keen interest in fashion.
- An eye for styling and detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.
- Experience in reaching required budgets and striving for increased sales.
- Knowledge of staff rostering.
- Leadership skills to develop and manage your team.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- Most importantly, exceptional customer service, creating a unique and rewarding experience for our loyal customers.
