**Your Role at Nextt**:
Join us in making a difference As a disability support worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering support for our clients.

Nextt is seeking a passionate and reliable male mental health support worker to support a client residing in a SIL house in Geelong. You must have a minimum of 12 months experience supporting a participant with a mental health diagnosis or psychosocial disability and challenging behaviours.

**Shifts Available**:
**Monday to Sunday**
- Active support: 3pm to 10pm
- Passive sleepover 10pm to 6am
- Active support: 6am to 9am

**Your skills and experience**:
Experience with mental health support and challenging behaviours

Experience Autism and behaviours of concern

Engagement in community activities

Capacity building programs

**Requirements**:
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:

- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
- Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid - CPR
