Zenergy are partnering with an Australian owned steel manufacturer and supplier, seeking a high performing HSE Officer to promote a safety first culture across multiple sites.

**Position**

Founded in 1970 and proudly 100% Australian owned, this organisation is seeking a HSE Officer to promote safety first culture. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will collaborate with the safety team of 8 to drive and achieve positive safety outcomes across 4 sites. You will engage with workers on all HSE maters, providing technical advice, and ensuring compliance in line with HSE-related legislation, cod3es and standards, and management systems relative to the organisation.

This role is well suited to someone with 2-4 years of experience in work, health and safety and is looking to gain experience in a high risk industry.

**Essential Criteria**
- A minimum of a Certificate IV in WHS
- 2-4 years of experience in work, health and safety (ideally in manufacturing)
- Being consultative in your approach to safety engagement
- A passion to learn, develop and grow whilst making impact
