**ABOUT US**

We are a multi-faceted Facility Services company with our head office in Coolum Beach. We provide commercial Building, Grounds and Cleaning Maintenance. We take on both small and large commercial contracts including Ad Hoc and Projects.

Our company is growing quickly and constantly evolving. We respect all team members equally whether they are the people on the ground or the people in the office, making sure the work is facilitated to be on time and on budget.

**ROLE**
We are looking for honest, reliable, hardworking people who have direct experience in commercial cleaning. This role can potentially be **Full Time** hours for an employee with the right skills and time availability, or it can be fulfilled by multiple **Casual** roles as an employee (equipment provided by our company) or an ABN Subcontractor (own equipment required).

Training is provided for every site, however experience as a Professional Commercial Cleaner is essential.

Hours are flexible and can vary between Monday and Sunday morning, day and night.

Pay rates are competitive, starting on the award and based on skills and experience.

**CONSIDERATIONS**
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial cleaning
- Ability to learn onsite cloud-based apps for job management, we use AroFlo & SafetyCulture
- Current police clearance certificate is mandatory due to the nature of the job
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and reliable
- Willingness to travel to different locations
- Good communication skills and fluent English
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to identify improvements
- Provide high quality services responding to client needs
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $32.31 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

- Monday to Friday

- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
