This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025.

**About You**

As a English Leader of Learning (2 point), you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:

- demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach and lead the English department
- demonstrate experience in being a highly effective, innovative and motivated educator and leader with a passion for leading teaching and learning
- demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all courses within the English curriculum
- create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
- utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
- employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
- support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
- demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
- integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:

- a tertiary qualification in Education
- eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
