Messy Makers Educator

We’re looking for amazing people to join our team who are passionate about working with children, creative and looking for flexible hours. Full training and support is provided for the role.

Must have:

- Weekend availability (at least one Sunday per month, and some Saturdays)
- School holiday availability
- Flexible to work during the week
- Valid drivers license and own car (or access to a car)
- Working with Children Check
- Must be 18+

The role of the Messy Makers Educator is to prepare activities for a Messy Makers session/event, set up & operate the session/event & engage with children + parents, then pack up and clean the activities and supplies for the next session/event. The region in which this role will operate in is crucial to the ongoing success of Messy Makers and is seen as a vital contributor to the overall success of the business.

Role Responsibilities
- Prepare all activities for each session/event.
- On the day of the session/event, set up all activities ahead of the session/event start time.
- Ensure all attendees have signed in (if applicable).
- Engaging with the parents & children throughout the session.
- Taking photos for marketing material.
- Ensure any feedback is provided back to the Messy Makers owner.
- Clean all supplies ready for the next session/event
- You will be predominantly based in the Sutherland Shire and Georges River Council areas but may need to travel to other suburbs of Sydney

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.10 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
