**What you’ll do**

An exciting new** Dispensary Technician**position is available at **Ramsay Pharmacy Westmead Private Hospital** in New South Wales. You will play a major role in the **management of the imprest system** at Westmead Private hospital. In this role you will provide pharmacy support by delivering, replenishing, and maintaining the stock levels of our hospital wards. As the Dispensary Technician, you’ll be supervised by a qualified pharmacist as you prepare medications and process prescriptions for our valued patients & customers. This is a Full-Time position on a rotating roster which on rare occasion may include weekend shifts.
- Maintain the inventory levels for each imprest stock room/s located within the facility.
- Replenish imprest stock in accordance to required inventory levels.
- Adherence of imprest practices through stock rotation, expiry date checks, monitoring, and general housekeeping.
- Assist the Pharmacist with the dispensing of medication.
- Remain up to date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary
- Strive to provide specialised patient care to our valued patients and customers
- Assist with local delivery of medications to one of the Ramsay Clinics.

**What you’ll bring**
- Previous working experience in **dispensing** medications and general pharmacy.
- **Certificate II** in Community Pharmacy and **S2/S3 qualifications** are considered an asset.
- You love working in a team and** collaborating with others** to deliver excellent care.
- You are **engaged, flexible, responsive** - and you like working with others just like you.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
