The Enrolments Officer is responsible for meeting the relevant legislative requirements, particularly in the handling and management of students related information. The position provides operational, administrative and technical support to the broader school community including students, teachers and families.

The position works under the general direction of the business manager across the full range of student-based processes, including student enrolments and school leavers, academic reports and the updating, end of year rollover of student data.
The position assists with First Aid requirements and general school administration.

**Eligibility/Other Requirements**:Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the _Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 _is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Working with vulnerable people (WWVP) registration (act.gov.au). First Aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training and a certificate IV or equivalent e.g. Business Administration (Education), Education Support, Government (School Support Services) is desirable.
