Join the team at **Department of Defence Cafe R2** in this full time role and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

**The Position**:

- 6.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
- no weekends
- Effective Supervisory Skills: Confident in supervising and leading a team, with the ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Previous Supervisory Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, demonstrating effective leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Coffee Making: Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality coffee beverages to meet customer expectations.

**The Person**:
- Familiarity with Food Allergies: Knowledgeable about common food allergies and experienced in handling special dietary requirements to accommodate diverse customer needs.
- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and maintain attention to detail.
- Positive Attitude: Possessing a positive and proactive mindset, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
