**Security Manager **on a site based in Henderson.

Your job responsibilities as
**Security Manager **at
**Wilson Security** include:

- The Security Manager must ensure very strong channels of communication and feedback are in place between the client, management and guards. This is especially important in the review and development of new / modified workplace procedures.
- The Security Manager is also the first point of contact for contractors, visitors and crew on-site. They must ensure all access and egress to site is in accordance with site specific requirements. Very high levels of customer service are expected.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Post Orders and Job Specifications that ensure the safety and security operations of the facility
- Manage site IT related to reporting, recording and communications systems.
- Monitor and review CCTV for security related issues
- Monitor CCTV to facilitate contractor / visitor entry and egress
- Administer Contractor / Visitor entry to site ensuring appropriate ID, site inductions and Authority to Work
- Ensure all personnel are wearing the correct PPE for the area they are intending to visit
- Locking\unlocking (Doors/Gates)
- Monitor and co-ordinate response in the event of Fire alarm activation
- Conduct Security Risk Assessments
- Ensure that all security equipment, including keys, passes, radios & torches etc are accounted for within asset registers and allocation logs.
- Manage the daily and weekly deployment of staff to facilitate resource efficiency.
- Manage local staff HR enquiries and escalate where necessary
- Manage site specific instructions in consultation with the site team and Management
- Manage and deliver monthly contractual performance assessments to the client including KPI Reviews
- Manage and deliver daily security and patrols reports
- Facilitate regular staff meetings/briefings and ensuring staff are up to date with all toolbox and other online training via WNet allocations.
- Deliver mandatory and awareness training where required, ensuring all legislative records and licenses are valid and up to date for all staff.
- Complete all relevant administration duties, including reports, logs; incident records and brief/handover documentation in relation to daily operations.
- Manage and resolve staff conflict, utilising de-escalation techniques and effective communication.
- Record and Administer Key Issue.
- Other Adhoc duties as directed.
