**About the Role**:
**In your role as Head of Department (Secondary) you will**:

- Use data informed instructional practice to support every student succeeding
- Build teachers' capability in using data to provide effective differentiated instruction
- Implement research based pedagogical practices to increase student engagement
- Lead the collaborative development of a coherent, sequenced, P-10 Australian Curriculum and Assessment Plan
- Support the College's Collegial Engagement Policy and align staff capability to professional learning opportunities
- Be committed to creating a school wide culture of wellbeing, engagement and personal achievement that values diversity, responding to the needs and interests of students and staff.

- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community
- Demonstrated capacity to use your strong analytical skills to contribute to educational outcomes at the school level
- Demonstrated ability to manage effectively human, financial and physical resources to deliver high quality organisational outcomes.
