**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate final trim machinery to achieve precise ground levels and surfaces.
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality.
- Conduct routine maintenance and checks on equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Final Trim Operator.
- Proficient in operating various final trim machinery.
- Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications.
