**The Role**

Based at our Hoppers Crossing store and averaging approximately 48 hours per fortnight, including Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and alternating weekends.

Key responsibilities of the Trade sales role will include:

- Providing expert professional customer service with a focus on building Trade sales
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
- Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
- Supporting your local community and charitable organisations
