**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Work as part of team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalising each customers experience at Reebok
- Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
- Work as a team player to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Ensure product knowledge of Reebok footwear and products
- Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required
- Contribute to a well organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must)
- Always maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude and embody the Reebok brand

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- You have previous retail customer service experience
- You are warm, welcoming and enjoy working with footwear products
- You work well within fast paced team environments
- You are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation
- You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
- You have strong communication and organisational skills
- You are committed to continuous improvement and learning
