**About you**
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as a NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner at core/ proficient/ advanced or specialist level
- Degree in Psychology; Counselling or Social Work or related area
- Minimum of 12 months relevant experience
- Current driver’s licence
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills - strong report writing skills essential
- Valid Driver's license and access to reliable motor vehicle
- The ability to work independently
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
- Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
- Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community.
- Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life.
- Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc.
- Acting as an advocate and role model for best practice.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $77,500.00 - $87,500.00 per year
Schedule:
