We're on the lookout for a driven Field Team Leader to lead and inspire a team of Merchandisers across NSW & ACT for our **client partner, Coles.**

**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Field Team Leader** to join our business working with our **client partner, Coles**. This role is pivotal in driving and ensuring our Merchandising team provide first class execution across Coles stores.

**Combining your retail experience and administration skills**, you will focus on driving sales and managing key relationships with Area and Zone Managers in the Grocery sector.

We are looking for a **collaborative leader** that can bring coaching and training experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment, as well as drive fresh insights & ideas.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing is preferred
- Ability to coach and facilitate training with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance
- Strong time and priority management skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel
- Confidence to manage a team remotely who work across **NSW & ACT**:

- Car and valid drivers licence required

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
