We here at Hitech Polished Concrete service our Clients here in Sydney and outer region. We are looking for a reliable, hard working Team Player who can think on their feet and eager to learn within our Flooring Industry. We have a great team who love to have a good laugh but also rip in and get the work done

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with polished concrete preparation, including dry grinding, scarifying, and surface cleaning.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as auto-clean vacuums with HEPA H13 filters and scarifying machines.
- Help set up and dismantle negative air scrubbers and containment walls to ensure a clean and dust-free work environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Support team members in delivering exceptional polished concrete finishes on time and within specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or labouring (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) is essential

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
