DSC has an ongoing to Perm position available for a Maintenance Fitter

Full-time basis to assist maintaining equipment used within the foundry. Training on the equipment is provided

**Successful applicants will need to possess**:

- Previous experience in Maintenance of machines & overhauling, repairing mechanical parts.
- Heavy engineering maintenance in hot environment is ideal but not essential.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Problem solving ability.
- Good communication verbal and written.
- A motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Be physically fit for manual work.

**Hours of work**:

- 38 hrs available per week.
- Working dayshift Monday to Friday.
- Regular overtime is on offer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
