Cleaner/gardener

We are looking for a full-time Cleaner/Gardener for our fast-paced team. We are an Australia-based start-up company in the cleaning & gardening industry and offer our services to Strata buildings across Sydney’s Inner West, providing solutions for strata managers, building managers and body corporate. Our CEO and Founder is a motivated individual who has been in the industry for over 20 years, so you must be aspirational, want to achieve personal bests in your work and life, and you must want to grow in this role.
- Cleaning of internal common areas eg. stair ways, lifts, glass doors, etc
- Cleaning external pathways, driveways, basements, and car parks
- Taking out, bringing in, and washing bins
- Gardening
- Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- The use of high powered garden equipment such as lawn mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, hand held and backpack blowers, chain saws, and ladders

Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Must have Australian driver’s licence
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Keen eye for detail
- Willing to learn and grow for the long term
- Well-presented and well-mannered
- Experience proffered but not essential
- Able to work autonomously and part of a team
- Must be Australian citizen
- Must have good communication skills
- Must reside in close proximity to Sydney's inner west suburbs (eg. Five Dock)

**Salary**: $1,140.00 - $1,330.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Five Dock NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
