Gardener/labourer

Extreme Green, a reputable landscaping and garden maintenance company based on the stunning Central Coast of NSW, is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Labourer to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the delivery of landscaping and garden maintenance projects with a keen attention to detail and quality.
- Follow instructions from the team leader and collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Perform a range of manual tasks including digging, planting, mulching, mowing, and general site clean-up.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a responsible manner.

**Requirements**:

- Some experience in landscaping or garden maintenance is preferred.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate project deadlines and seasonal demands.
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
- Ability to drive a manual car is essential.
- Possession of a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) is required.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation: Wages for this position are negotiable and will be based on your level of experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.88 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Kincumber, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
