**The role**:
The manager of Staff Identity Engineer will lead a team to design, build and run a modern Identity and Access Management platform (myID / SailPoint) and capability to ensure the future of NAB's Identity & Access Management.

This platform delivers the bulk of NABs joiner, mover, leaver activities via a combination of automatic and manual capabilities. Delivery and Governance of applicable audit requirements and controls (e.g. user access review campaigns, role management activities, etc.) are key in this role, along with providing a consistent and class leader user experience for our colleagues

You will manage a team of resources with various IAM skillsets including development / automation/ testing and analyst backgrounds, ensuring there is clarity of direction and priority, whilst also performing a trusted advisor / SME role to key stakeholders across the organization that consume the teams services.

**The role and Day to day will include**:

- Oversee - Design, build, deploy run myID (SailPoint) across the enterprise.
- Contribute to feature enhancement, uplift and continuous improvement enforcing GIRP compliance and enhancing user experience.
- Provide specialist product expertise and advice to support staff
- Contribute to development project related activities and meetings to support delivery of project objectives
- Lead technical expertise to determine options and solutions for defects, issues and improvements in the related customisations and subsystems.

**What you'll bring**:

- Deep technical knowledge of SailPoint and Cloud Platforms specifically - AWS & Azure
- Technically proficient in CI/CD concepts and automation, programming
- Understand the impact of Change to a High Availability Environment
- Proactively manage risk and meet all security control requirements
- Proven history of elaboration of backlogs
