Kinship Uniting service is an in-home disability care company. We look after highly disable clients. We provide 24-hour care which means there will be night shifts. We have a family-like environment at Kinship, where we not only care for our clients but our workers as well. We are looking for a cheerful, hardworking and honest worker how can easily fit in our company.

**Must be/ Have**
- Have A car
**- **Current work rights in Australia
- Must have experience with handling challenging complex behaviours
- Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work on a flexible roster, which may include a combination of shifts during days, afternoons, active nights, sleepovers and weekends.

**Our minimum expectations**
- You will be on the road travelling from client to client providing services such as personal care, domestic cleaning, etc.
- recent practical experience in a relevant, local work environment (e.g. in-home care, nursing or group home, hospital, etc)
- Recent employment-related references
- Access to a fully insured vehicle and NSW drivers' license
- Certificate III or above (Aged Care, Home & Community Care or Disability)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Manual Handling

**Salary**: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

COVID-19 considerations:
Must be vaccinated
Must be willing to travel from client to client to provide in-home on the road disability care service

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
