**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced Educational Leader and motivated Lead Educator to step into our Lead Educator/Educational Leader role and build upon the excellent work of our team.

You will partner with our Centre Manager to inspire, mentor and lead our well established and qualified team of educators to continue to build upon the excellent work of our team. You will lead the development, implementation, and review of our educational programs and educational experiences.

As a member of our team, you will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

We also like to have fun so a professional yet fun loving attitude is a must.

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 120 children with operating hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

**About You**
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- A strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) to enable you to effectively lead implementation, evaluation, and delivery of educational programs
- Proven Educational Leader/Lead Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication and commitment to developing the future of children
- The enthusiasm to be proactive in implementing curriculum
- A friendly and energetic demeanour

**Successful Applicants must also hold**
- A current Working with Children Card
- First Aid Certificate
