A lovely family located in Caufield South is seeking a caring, responsible and experienced long-term nanny to join their household. The role involves caring for two children: a 3-year-old and an 8-week-old.

Ongoing days and hours as follow:
Tuesday 12pm - 5pm

Thursday 8:30am - 2pm

Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 2pm

Responsibilities include:

- Prepare and organise meals and snacks for the children
- Occasional cooking from time to time
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities indoors and outdoors
- Assist with daily routines including naps, bathtime and bedtime.
- Take the older child to scheduled lessons or activities
- Engage the child in outdoor activities such as park visits, walks or other planned activities
- Always ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment related to the children’s care (toys, play areas, meal areas)
- Communicate regularly with parents

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
