48 Flavours is a family-owned gelateria that produces an upmarket range of artisan gelato using fresh South Australian produce. We are locally and internationally recognised and trusted for our handmade Premium Award-winning flavour range. With daily production of over 100 varieties of dairy, sorbet, vegan, and low-fat options, flavours are changed and rotated every day with something new and exciting to try at every visit.

With five locations, Adelaide CBD, Trinity Gardens, Paralowie, Hyde Park, and Henley Beach 48 Flavours is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced cake decorator to join our dynamic and fast-growing business. This position will be located at the Trinity Gardens store.

**Duties**:

- Assembling and decorating Gelato Cakes.
- Customer service, front of house.
- Setting up the store ready for service.
- Cleaning and re-stocking.
- Answering phones.
- Managing cake orders across 5-stores.

**About you**:

- Proven cake decorating experience.
- Can work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- An eye for detail.
- Positive attitude, will be working in a team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Loves interacting with people.

This role initially will be offered as casual working 25-35 hours per week and for the right applicant can be converted to part-time after successful completion of probation period. Please note days and hours can be flexible to suit the applicant and needs of the business, to be discussed at interview.
