**About the Role**

Based in our Melbourne operations office, the Scheduler is responsible for the day-to-day management of branch operations, including; day-to-day rostering of staff, vehicles, and equipment; staff development and performance management; forward capacity planning; and ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Throughout the day you will be coordinating the resources between jobs as required to ensure the successful completion of the work.

This is a key role within Egans operation that directly influences the experience of our staff and our customers. Working with the operations team, your aim is to develop a high performing culture through active staff development, mentoring, and addressing any performance issues as they arise. The role requires you to be proactive, organised, and use clear and direct communication.

Full training and support for the role will be provided.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
