**About Us**:We are an established business with a thriving e-commerce store that also has a retail outlet specialising in crafting, outdoor adventures, fishing, along with caravaning and towing supplies.Quality and customer satisfaction drive us, and we are excited to expand our team with an individual who shares our commitment.**The Role**:As our business manager, you will be the backbone of our operations, providing invaluable support to our CEO and team ensuring our store runs smoothly at all times.Your role will include:

- **Customer Interaction**: Engaging with our customers to offer expert advice and assistance, ensuring their satisfaction. (Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in our types of products this can be learned. It’s your amazing attitude toward customer service and supporting the CEO’ vision and goals that is important).
- **Team Management**: Supervising and mentoring a small team, fostering a positive work environment.
- **Operational Oversight**: Managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the store presentation is top-notch. You’d be reporting to the CEO and taking all of the day to day tasks off his hands.
- **Rolling Up Your Sleeves**: Getting in and cutting rope, picking and packing orders, processing postage (At certain busy periods this is definitely a part of your role).
- **Stock Management**: With over 1500 products, your past experience in managing stock to ensure correct stock levels will be invaluable.
- **E-commerce Support**: Collaborating with the CEO and E-Commerce team to enhance the online customer experience. You may have some great ideas that we’d love to hear about and implement. If you're new to e-commerce that’s not a deal breaker, we're eager to help you learn more about it if you love learning new things
- **Who We’re Looking For**:

- Someone with retail management experience and even better if you have some e-commerce experience.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. You’ll be someone who can see where a gap in what needs to be done and know how to shuffle the team around to cover it. The main thing is that you notice the details and can take action.
- An independent worker who is comfortable with technology and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Given you are the manager we are looking for someone who can relieve the day to day headaches that every CEO has to deal with. You’ll want to make his life easier because you love what you do.
- An individual with outstanding multitasking abilities, able to seamlessly juggle various responsibility with suppliers, customers and team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and effectiveness.

**Work Schedule**:

- 4 to 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 3 pm. Enjoy your weekends off Please discuss your preference with us if you are someone who would be open to more hours.
- Competitive salary: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour.

Pay: $50,630.83 - $76,168.86 per year

Expected hours: 26 - 33 per week

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
