Hanson are seeking HR truck drivers to join our team, driving a concrete agitator truck out of our **Kilmore Concrete Plant** in Melbourne, Victoria. We are looking for a driver who is passionate about safety, results focused, reliable and have a strong work ethic. This role is full time, Monday - Friday, including overtime and rostered Saturday work according to business needs.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
- Slump and deliver concrete to our customer
- Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck

**This role is a great fit for you if you**:

- Have a HR or HC or MC drivers’ licence (Agitator truck driving experience preferred but not essential)
- Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
- Have a professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude
- A mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems
- Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
- Familiar with the Chain of Responsibility

**What we offer**:

- $28.91/hour, plus penalty rates, plus super
- Working days are Monday to Friday, start times between 5:30am - 7:30am and finishing times between 3pm - 4pm, pending the workload
- Rostered Saturday work, at the moment averaging 2 - 3 x Saturdays p/month
- Hanson 10-day agitator driver training program
