They have regrouped a significant parcel of land in the Goldfields, are busy mining, plus spending $30 million on exploration and $15 million on a brand new camp. They offer residential Kal / Kambalda or FIFO opportunities at the same mine, so you can live in the region & be home every night, or fly in and out from Perth.

We fill a few of their roles, are one of the few agencies they approve to work with them, and together, we are now looking to add to their team with a Senior Underground Planning Engineer.

At their newest operation, they are about 6 months post initial planning and development, are down about 250 metres, with ore just starting to be stoped out, so its a pretty exciting time.

This role is full time on an 8:6 roster, with travel in company time. They have 200+ employees already on board & the other operation is in enhanced production.

Their financial position is extremely strong and underpins their long term goals in the Goldfields region. Exploration continues and is being ramped up, with the share market responding favourably to the discovered resources & futures, pushing their valuation upwards past the $1 Billion mark.

The strong increase in nickel prices over the past 12 months is attributable to surging demand from the traditional stainless-steel sector, as well as increasing demand for its use in green energy battery manufacturing, particularly for EVs. Annual passenger EV sales are forecast to soar to 26 million by 2030 and to 54 million by 2040. Our client is set to feed directly into the exciting EV growth dynamic, with their offtake purchaser BHP Nickel West recently signing a nickel supply agreement with

one of the worlds leading sustainable energy companies, Tesla.As the team grows, you will be in an enviable position of benefiting from longer term knowledge of the projects and be ideally positioned for promotion. The organisation has attracted significant mining talent. Already there is significant operational expertise in underground mining both in Australia and internationally in the team, and mentoring those in the team more junior is seen as key to their growth. They have built experience from other organisations such as Barrick Gold, Newcrest, Gold Fields, Newmont, Westgold Resources, Silver Lake and Perilya.

Along with 2 established GMs, they have in place Senior Resource Geologists, Senior Mining Engineers, Senior Geotechnical Engineers & Senior Surveyors. They have also attracted a fantastic miner as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. Before joining, they worked as General Manager for OZ Minerals, growing Prominent Hill copper-gold mine into one of the largest hard rock underground operations in Australia. Additional positions include Vice-President of the South Australian Chamber of Mines & Energy & included as one of the Top 100 Global Inspirational People in Mining.

According to what we're hearing and the latest ASX reports, the key milestones set for project development have all been met by this high performing team.

The role will involve medium to LOM planning, underground project feasibility studies, cost estimation and mine methods improvement with a focus towards the medium to long term future needs of our underground mines.
