To manage the day-to-day operations and functions of the food and beverage outlets within Campus Services, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service experience to customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part Time Food and Beverage Team Leader. In this new role you will lead Crunch café's operation on campus. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead, influence, and grow our high-volume café on campus with the support of an enthusiastic team that positively contributes the student and staff non-academic experience on Macquarie University campus.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced hospitality professional who comes with amazing customer service skills and believes in creating experiences that always exceed our customer expectations.

In addition to the above, we are also looking for the role centric skills below.
- Can lead a high volume, multi venue café operation
- Is passionate about and promotes the customer experience
- Can create and deliver schedules of events and promotions that drive engagement
- Understands industry trends with a mindset of continuous food & beverage menu and process improvement
- Recruits, leads and manages all roles within a diverse and inclusive team
- Works closely with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager to review, evolve and establish cafe venues and operational objectives
- Drives a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
