**About Us**
We are a small, family-owned bakery located in Forest Lake. Known for our freshly baked goods and friendly service, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced **Customer Service/Bakery All-Rounder** with **Barista skills** to join our close-knit team. **About the Role**
As a key member of our team, your role will be varied and dynamic. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Service**: Greeting and serving customers with a positive, friendly attitude, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
- **Coffee & Food Preparation**: Crafting high-quality coffee, making sandwiches, and preparing other light food offerings with care and attention to detail.
- **Point of Sale (POS)**: Handling cash and processing transactions through our POS system (training provided).
- **Barista Duties**: Operating and maintaining the coffee machine to produce consistently great coffee, ensuring a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- **Cleanliness & Maintenance**: Keeping the bakery and café area clean, organized, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Ad-Hoc Tasks**: Assisting with various tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the bakery.
- **Health & Safety**: Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

**This is a permanent, full-time position with a 3-month probation period.**

**About You**
We’re looking for someone who is:

- **Passionate about customer service** with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- **Energetic** and thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service.
- **Experienced** with at least 1 year in a similar customer service or café/bakery role, including experience as a Barista.
- **Reliable, efficient, and proactive,** with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
- **A team player** who values collaboration and has a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
