This may include cleaning, shopping, showering, and social support. We currently have work in the Macedon Ranges and surrounding towns, including Castlemaine and Sunbury. If you no longer enjoy or feel supported in your current role, or maybe you are newly qualified and would like to work with a growing innovative company, that values and supports staff, we are the company for you. **About You**: - You will have a genuine passion for working in Aged Care. - You will be a caring, compassionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic person who is committed to supporting older people. - You are empathetic, resilient, have outstanding personal qualities, and have a preference for working within a collaborative team. - You can interact, find common interests and develop a connection with the older community. - You understand that you are working for an organisation that is committed to supporting you, and in turn, you will support our clients. - You have a Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent, or studying for a Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing. - You hold a Victorian Driver's License, have reliable car and car insurance. - You hold a current Police Check - You are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. - You have values that align with ours, 'respectful, ethical, and caring". **What New Aged Care Can Offer**: - A welcoming and supportive environment, working with passionate people providing person-centered care. - Respect and support for the work you do. - A team that is supportive and has excellent Clinical Governance and Quality Care knowledge - Flexible hours to suit your family commitments - Permanent Full-Time, Part-time & Casual positions are available. - Training and meetings on our time (paid). - All PPE is supplied with adequate training to ensure correct use. - Competitive salary. **Next Steps**:
