EZKO Property Services are seeking dedicated, energetic and experienced Cleaner Site Supervisor to working Saturday to Wednesday 6 am - 2.30pm.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Liaise with clients and cleaning teams and oversee the operations at specific sites.
- Cover missed shifts and work with cleaning teams where required
- Ongoing and overseeing staff rosters and managing staff leave and cover with staff replacement
- Working according to set budgetary constraints thereby retaining profitability.
- Providing timely and accurate information to administration to ensure all staff are paid according to the relevant awards and duties/hours of work.
- Conducting cleaning inspections of selected sites and reporting outcomes to the client
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance relating to site processes.
- Identify and record any problems relating to the site and as specified by the customer.
- Initiate and provide solutions. Follow up as necessary to verify the implementation of solutions.
- Any other responsibility as defined in the quality management and other systems.
- Ensuring safe work practices are followed and that equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition includes test and tag.
- Accidents and incidents are reported and followed up to ensure work practices remain safe and effective.

- Basic computer skills using company systems and reporting packages
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality, Environment, and WHS systems - safe systems of work and environmental management
- Hazard identification and risk assessment process management
- Knowledge and understanding of rosters, schedules, and the Industry Award

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
