The Farm Norwest Café is looking for a committed and experienced Barista to join our café at Bella Vista/Norwest Business Park (2 mins walk from Norwest Metro station).

**Skills and experience required**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Barista
- Experience in high volume coffee working in a busy café
- Making great tasting coffee (Latte art not essential but would be an advantage)
- Exceptional customer service, great communication skills are a must
- Stock monitoring and presentation of products
- Cash handling & eftpos transactions experience

We pay great rates for the right people

We are looking for someone to take ownership of the Barista role, someone who loves communicating with customers and as many are regulars.
