Expect A Star is a leading Australian wide recruitment agency specialising in providing Casual and Permanent opportunities for educators across Australia. We work with educators wanting flexible working solutions or those who are wanting to re-join the work force after taking a break from working. Our clients range from not for profit services, privately owned to brand new purpose built centres.
- **The Role**:

- Work alongside a range of educators as you care and educate Children aged from 0-5_
- Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- An ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Be a lifesaver for the permanent educators by helping covering lunch breaks, sick days and annual leave days
- Participate and support educators in the observation and recording of children's development
- Explore different centres and philosophies and pick up new skills.

**What you need**:

- A Certificate III / Diploma in ECEC or Studying towards a qualification in Early Childhood
- A Paid NSW WWCC
- Availability for at least 2 days, and sometimes at short notice;
- Be willing to travel 30+ minutes on a regular basis
- Passionate educators with strong communication skills;
- Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work in new teams.
