We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities possess the following key attributes:

- Demonstrated strategic planning, leadership and management skills including proven success in achieving business objectives, contributing to improving organisational performance and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary work units in the achievement of organisational outcomes.
- Expert knowledge and experience in NSQHS accreditation processes and requirements within a contemporary ambulance service, emergency management system or health care related environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support and coach employees through a change management process and provide advice on the development of relevant education programs to staff regarding accreditation processes.
- Experience and high-level knowledge of project management methodologies in addition to demonstrated experience in leading complex projects to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and reasoning skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret trend/output/outcome performance data and provide expert authoritative advice and recommendations to senior executives which contributes to quality decision making.
- Demonstrated high level communication, consultation, negotiation and influencing skills with a proven ability to liaise effectively and maintain productive relationships with executive management, clients, health care providers, the community and other stakeholders.
