**The Role**
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the People and Culture Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with staff across the 6 NSW sites to help achieve business objectives and support the development of people strategy, policies, processes and practices.

Responsibilities include:

- Full range of employee relations, industrial relations and compliance activities.
- Support the business in the areas of coaching, guiding, providing advice and assistance on best practice people management.
- Support performance management and learning and development.
- Development and delivery of training
- Supporting HR projects and Change Management
- Liaising and supporting various stakeholders across the business such as Payroll.

**Skills and Experience**
- Qualification in HR
- Experience within Community, Aged Care or Disability Services
- Fantastic stakeholder management skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and solution-driven approach
- Looking for resilient, positive and purpose-lead people
