**Your Responsibilities**
You will play a key role in setting up this new venue and ensuring all processes and personnel of the store are ready to go as this nationally recognised group expands into Mornington. You will have full operational and financial accountability for the performance of this new store and the role provides the opportunity to demonstrate your prowess as a leader.
You will be responsible for both the day to day operations and also the strategic management of the business. We are seeking an energetic Manager who is passionate about leading a brand new team of 20 in an environment that is very customer centric. You will be hands-on with your team, comfortable in people development as well as focused on profit and performance.
