Your part in our Lifeline team

We are currently seeking a Store Supervisor to lead our Lifeline Wynnum Store on a full time basis.

Your mission is to create an inclusive retail environment that will provide a premium customer experience while developing and executing initiatives to drive business results. We consider our workforce to be our most valuable resource, and we encourage the innovative and distinctive ideas that you can bring to our organization.

From the moment an item is donated to Lifeline to the moment a potentially lifesaving call is made, at least 38 pairs of hands have been involved, each and every pair symbolically supporting the caller.

What makes a difference for us?

To be successful in this role, we will be looking for the following skills and attributes:
- Be passionate about Lifeline and be able to articulate its purpose- Demonstrated experience in retail management (or hospitality management with a background in retail), including experience in coaching and mentoring people- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations- Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to customer service, visual presentation, online marketing and stock control.- Create a values driven, diverse and safe employment environment that attracts, engages and retains skilled employees and volunteers- Communicate promotional event information to maximise results- Identify issues and opportunities based on trends and customer feedback- Setting and exceeding priorities to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives- Strong problem solving and influencing skills- Ability to use a retail business systems, POS and Microsoft Office
