Palm Beach Child Care Educator Required

Palm Beach, Australia NORTHERN RIVERS IN HOME CARE Full time

We are currently seeking a qualified and professional Educator to work with a single parent nurse Family in **Palm Beach, Gold Coast**. The family requires support for their 5 year old with before and after school care (will include school pick up and drop off to **Varsity Primary School**) and vacation care.

The family has shared cared of their child so care will be required every fortnight (min 25 hours per fortnight)

**Days and Times required**:
**School term**:
**4 x mornings 6am to 9am (school drop off)**

**4 x afternoons 2.30pm to 6.30/8.30/10.30pm (hours may vary)**

**School holidays**:
**2 x full days**

**Hourly rate**:
$34.15per hour (inclusive of Superannuation)

**Start date**:
Term 3

Northern Rivers IHC does not charge new or existing IHC Educators any registration fees. However, we do provide Educators with outstanding support, with many services and materials free of charge.
- **Prerequisites for all In Home Care Roles**:_
- _**Certificate III in Children’s Services**_
- _**Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate - Childcare First Aid Training HLTAID0011 and HLTAID009**_
- _**Blue Card and Police Clearance**_
- _**Liability insurance (once successfully placed)**_
- _**Medical Clearance**_
- _**Child Protection (refresher required every 2 years)**_
- _**ABN (this role is for a self employed/contractor)**_
- _**Photo ID**_
- _**PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)**_

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $34.15 per hour
