This Service Delivery Architect role is a great job opportunity of working for a leading government health organisation providing digital health services to innovate and improve healthcare outcomes.

**Your new role**

***The Service Delivery Architect is accountable under broad direction to provide quality advice and leadership on the development and management of a range of IT services throughout their lifecycle. You will be responsible for translating platform capabilities and business requirements from different stakeholders into well-articulated service offerings.

The Service Delivery Architect will have experience in design and delivery and have extensive experience in operationalising IT services across through the implementation and management of a Service Delivery framework.

**What you need to succeed**
- Expertise of ITIL methodologies and practices, and experience with the design and operationalisation of a Service Delivery Framework.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery and operationalising of cloud and hybrid systems in collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience managing or contributing to the delivery of IT strategy objectives and business transformation activities.
- Experience conducting requirements analysis and developing solution architectures, in conjunction with other architects.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, clearance highly regarded
- Experience in complex environments with a variety of products and systems
- Experience within digital health or health industry, or government preferred
