**The Traineeship Program**: Through our program, participants can pursue a nationally accredited Cert III qualification while acquiring essential on-the-job experience at our campuses.

- Full-time Traineeships are between 12-18 months.
- Hold AU Citizenship, Permanent Residency or VISA with no working AND study restrictions for a 24-month period.
- Currently obtain or is willing to obtain a Paid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
- Be above 18 years of age
- An individual with a genuine interest, passion for the Early Childhood Education sector working with 0-6 years age group children.
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Committed learner with great time & task management skills
- Flexible to work in rostered rotating shifts.
