**About General Surgery**

The General Surgery unit is large and provides adult services to Dandenong, Clayton, Casey, and Moorabbin. The unit provides elective and emergency surgical services specialising in General Surgery and acute General Surgery. The unit also has a dedicated research team.

**What you need**
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications
- Fellowship of general surgery or equivalent
- Victorian Employee Working with Children's Check
- Membership with RACS and ASOHNS
