As a crucial technical analyst, support the delivery of the digital product roadmap for all channels across the Country Road Group.

The Role

As Country Road Group continues to significantly invest in its digital agenda, we have a number of newly created roles to allow for ongoing innovation. As the Systems Analyst, you will engage in all technical workstreams for all components of the digital roadmap. Collaborating with the Digital Experience team, you will be a key component in delivering business solutions to enhance our digital products, site functionality and connectivity to partner sites and platforms. As part of a high performing team, led by some of Australia’s most innovative digital leaders you will have a high level of autonomy to make meaningful impact.

Based in Melbourne with a hybrid mix of time in the office and from home, this role will suit a proven technical digital lead who is solution orientated and can drive strategic initiatives across a complex and fast paced organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide technical support for all digital product iterations, enhancements and developments with a focus on collaboration, analytical and technical skills
- Embrace an environment that inspires continuous delivery of quality software with a focus on fast feedback and automation.
- Work with the architecture team to use best practice delivery and development principles
- Ensure the delivery of new features and initiatives to improve product, systems and codebases
- Support integrated solution design through your passion for continuously exploring new technologies

What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience in working within technology/digital teams within complex and multi-vendor environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Emerging DevOps and IT Development experience ideal
- Comfort using varying SDLC methodologies including exposure to Agile
- Ability to engage, influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
- A passion for collaborating with the people around you
- A developing strategic mindset with the ability to get hands on
- A desire to work in a high paced, transformative environment is a must
