**About the role**:
AGA are currently seeking **expression of interest** for a Full Time Electrical Apprentice located in South Gippsland, Victoria. This role is a 4 year apprenticeship, 38 hours a week.
As part of your apprenticeship with AGA you will be required to complete training with a registered training organisation (RTO). AGA will arrange all training requirements and work closely with you to ensure you are progressing in line with your training plan.

**Responsibilities**:
- Install electrical and electronic control systems
- Assemble electrical and electronic components and appliances
- Connect electrical equipment to power supplies
- Maintain automated production processes
- Select and cut wires or cables
- Connect wires or cables to terminals or connectors according to wiring diagrams
- Operate and maintain machine tools such as lathes, drilling machines, welding and heating equipment, and hoists
**Requirements**:
- Drivers licence preferred (P's are accepted)
- Genuine interest in the trade
- White/OHS Card
- Pre-Apprenticeship and/or relevant work experience desirable
- Valid Police Check required
- Hearing and medical test required
- Must be Australian Citizen or resident
- Willing to commute to South Gippsland
- Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training (Paid for by AGA)
